Order (Service) Cancellation Policy

As an Internet Service Provider, GSFF Net’s “Order Cancellation” primarily refers to the cancellation, withdrawal, or termination of your internet service connection. This policy is governed by our Standard Contract of Service.

• Consumer’s Right to Cancel: The customer reserves the right to withdraw from or cancel the usage of services under this Agreement at any time during the billing period.
• No Notice Required: The consumer may cancel the service at any time without having to assign any specific reason and without providing prior notice.
• Zero Cancellation Fees: In the event of the disconnection or cancellation of services by the consumer, the service provider shall not levy any disconnection fees.
• Return of Equipment: Upon the early termination or cancellation of the agreement, the consumer is obligated to hand over the possession of the GSFF Net device (installed at their premises) to the company in good working condition.
• Post-Cancellation Refunds: If the consumer provided a security deposit, it will be refunded within 30 days of the contract’s termination, after adjusting any outstanding dues payable to the company.
• Cancellation by the Company: GSFF Net reserves the right to terminate the agreement and cancel the service by giving prior written notice if the consumer defaults on payment for three consecutive months.
