As an Internet Service Provider (ISP), GSFF Net’s “Delivery Policy” refers to the provisioning of internet services and the physical installation of necessary equipment (such as routers or ONTs) at the consumer’s premises. This policy is governed by our Code of Commercial Practice and Standard Contract of Service.

  • Fair and Transparent Delivery: All internet services shall be delivered and provided to consumers in a fair, transparent, efficient, and non-discriminatory manner.
  • Service Provisioning Timeline: GSFF Net strives to ensure prompt delivery of your internet connection. The standard turnaround time (TAT) for the provision of services is a maximum of 24 hours, in accordance with our licensing conditions.
  • Commencement of Delivery: The delivery of our service is officially marked by the “Commencement Date,” which is defined as the exact date on which the installation and commissioning of the device at the consumer’s premises have been fully completed.
  • Installation Fees: To facilitate the delivery and setup of the service, the consumer shall pay GSFF Net the agreed-upon amount for the installation or purchase of the device (where applicable) as communicated prior to the purchase.
  • Coverage and Area Issues: If a requested service cannot be delivered due to coverage issues or the non-provision of service in a specific area, GSFF Net will address and resolve complaints regarding this matter within a maximum of 10 days.
  • Equipment Title Upon Delivery: Upon delivery and installation, the physical device remains the property of GSFF Net, and the title to the equipment shall always remain with the company during and after the service term.
